Zusammenfassung
Der Arabische Frühling hat sich auch auf das Leben an den Universitäten ausgewirkt. In dieser Studie werden die Veränderungen, die sich nach der Ägyptischen Revolution 2011 innerhalb der studentischen Kultur ergeben haben, untersucht und die politischen, religiösen und gesellschaftlichen Dynamiken dahinter identifiziert. So hat das politische Engagement der Studierenden nach der Revolution zugenommen, zusätzlich werden Schnittstellen zwischen studentischem Aktivismus in Ägypten und auf internationaler Ebene sichtbar.
