Zusammenfassung

Krisen sind privilegierte Momente der Solidarisierung und Entsolidarisierung. Einerseits werden in Krisenzeiten solidarische Arrangements in Frage gestellt. Andererseits wird die Solidarität beschworen, um Krisen zu mildern oder zu überwinden. Dies setzt die politischen und rechtlichen Instanzen, in denen die Solidarität ausgehandelt wird, unter Druck. Dieses Buch analysiert die Auswirkungen solcher Dynamiken aus einer rechts- und politikwissenschaftlichen Perspektive und konzentriert sich dabei auf drei gesellschaftliche Krisen unserer Zeit: Wirtschaftskrisen, Migrationskrisen und Pandemien. Die Autor:innen verbinden theoretische und empirische Analysen mit juristischen Überlegungen, um die Rolle von Institutionen und Recht bei der Gestaltung der Dynamik zwischen Solidarität und Krise zu beleuchten.
