Das Recht der konglomeraten Zusammenschlüsse zählt zu den heterogensten und damit schwierigsten Bereichen des Kartellrechts. Der Autor untersucht, ob die jüngsten Entwicklungen in der deutschen und europäischen Gesetzgebung sowie Fortschritte in der Rechtsanwendung für mehr Klarheit sorgen und zu praktikablen Kriterien der Kontrolle konglomerater Zusammenschlüsse geführt haben.
