Zusammenfassung

Angesichts der aktuellen geopolitischen Bedrohungslage ist eine vertiefte deutsch-französische und europäische Rüstungskooperation unerlässlich. Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt, dass weder der bilaterale deutsch-französische noch der europäische Rechtsrahmen hinreichend verlässlich sind, um die Durchführung gemeinsamer Rüstungsprojekte zu gewährleisten. Diese Arbeit zeigt auf, was einer Weiterentwicklung des Rechtsrahmens entgegensteht, aber auch Ansatzpunkte für die notwendige Weiterentwicklung.
