Zusammenfassung

Sicherheit, Qualität und Verfügbarkeit von Nahrungsmitteln besitzen heute eine herausragende Bedeutung. Die komplexen Zusammenhänge dieser Bereiche erschließen sich in der Perspektive des Rechts in unterschiedlichen Problemfeldern. So greift der von Ines Härtel und Roman Budzinowski herausgegebene Band in Analyse und Diskussion die Bandbreite thematischer Zugänge im europäischen Kontext auf, so unter anderem Recht auf Nahrung, Gemeinsame Agrarpolitik, Vertragsbeziehungen und Wertschöpfungsketten im Ernährungswirtschaftssektor, Ökolandbau, Sicherheitserfordernisse in Produktion von Lebensmitteln, Kennzeichnungsfragen, gesundheitsbezogene Angaben, Regulationsbereiche neuartiger Lebensmittel, Patentierungen, die Rolle von Institutionen wie der EFSA, die Verantwortung des Handels und CSR.
