Zusammenfassung

Weltraumtourismus, Satellitennutzung, militärischer Spielraum oder extraterrestrischer Ressourcenabbau: Das Weltraumrecht prägt zunehmend nationale und internationale Interessen. In klarer Diktion und mit unterstützenden Graphiken und Illustrationen stellt <i>Hobe</i> alle maßgeblichen rechtlichen Aspekte der Weltraumnutzung auf der Basis des internationalen Weltraumrechts und aller relevanten nationalen Weltraumgesetze dar. Neue Entwicklungen im Fokus Die 2. Auflage trägt den neuen Rechtsproblemen als Folge der rasant fortschreitenden Eroberung des Weltraums Rechnung. Dies betrifft bisher unbekannte Bereiche, vor allem: Raumfahrt von Privatunternehmen Artemis-Programm der NASA Konkrete Überlegungen zur Besiedlung von Mond und Mars Ressourcenabbau auf Himmelskörpern Verkehrsregeln für den Weltraum.
