Zusammenfassung

Das Vertrags- und Verbraucherrecht wurden in den letzten Jahren durch Rechtsakte der EU an die Bedürfnisse der digitalen Wirtschaft angepasst und tiefgreifend verändert. Die Neuauflage des Kommentars „EU Digital Law“ erläutert diese Gesetzgebung im Hinblick auf die juristische Praxis in Kerngebieten des Privatrechts. Sie bezieht das jüngste, bereits unmittelbar anwendbare Recht der EU, das die Plattformwirtschaft erheblich beeinflussen wird, ein: privatrechtsrelevante Vorschriften des Digital Market Act (DMA) privatrechtsrelevante Vorschriften des Digital Services Act (DSA) die Online Vermittlungsdienste-Verordnung.
