Das internationale Investmentrecht schützt die Rechte der Investoren, seine praktische Anwendung berührt aber oft die Felder Menschenrechte, Umweltrecht und/oder nationales Recht. Diese Studie untersucht die Wechselwirkungen zwischen Investmentrecht und seinen Gegenparts. Die Beiträge zeigen, wie Investmentschutz mit anderen Rechtsnormen in Konflikt geraten kann und erklären die Rückwirkungen solcher Konflikte auf das Investmentrecht selbst.
