Summary

Der Autor analysiert die Auswirkungen der Einkommensverteilung auf das Verkehrsverhalten in Europa. Basierend auf Ergebnissen von Europäischen Mobilitätsumfragen wird die Bedeutung des Einkommens quantifiziert und in das Makroökonomie-, Verkehrs- und Umweltmodell ASTRA integriert. Das ASTRA Modell wird dabei erweitert um ein Modul, das die Verteilung der Bevölkerung auf Einkommensklassen simuliert. Zusammen mit anderen sozioökonomischen Faktoren ist das verbesserte ASTRA Modell in der Lage, das Mobilitätsverhalten in Europa realistisch abzubilden. Eine Abschätzung der Auswirkung von verkehrspolitischen Szenarien vervollständigt die Darstellung und verdeutlicht die Stärken des Modellansatzes.
