Zusammenfassung

Nationale und internationale Verwaltungsakteure interagieren in oftmals informellen Koordinationsprozessen, in denen sie Macht ausüben, um kritische Ressourcen zu akkumulieren oder ihre Agenda durchzusetzen. Gestützt durch quantitative und qualitative Datenerhebungs- und Analyseverfahren beleuchtet dieses Werk Faktoren, die eine erfolgreiche Machtausübung der Akteure im Energiesektor begünstigen. Dabei werden nicht nur korporative Faktoren wie Personal, sondern auch individuelle Eigenschaften wie Arbeitserfahrung betrachtet. Ein zentrales Ergebnis der Untersuchung zeigt, dass erfolgreiche Machtausübung nicht durch einzelne korporative Faktoren bedingt ist, sondern durch eine Kombination verschiedenartiger Faktoren ermöglicht wird.
