Zusammenfassung

Mit dem Data Governance Act (DGA) wird ein Rechtsrahmen für den Zugang zu Daten und deren Weiterverwendung geschaffen. Der Lotse durch die Neuregelungen Das englischsprachige Handbuch verschafft den betroffenen Akteur:innen einen praktischen Einstieg in die schwer verständlichen Neuregelungen des DGA.
