Zusammenfassung

Der Europäische Green Deal scheint an Schwung verloren zu haben: Politische Prioritäten haben sich verschoben. Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, Resilienz und Bürokratieabbau sind Themen der Stunde und es wird gefordert, Ergebnisse des Green Deal rückgängig zu machen. Die Eindämmung des Klimawandels und die Anpassung daran haben jedoch nichts von ihrer Bedeutung verloren: Wenn wir jetzt nicht handeln, werden wir der jungen Generation unverhältnismäßig große Lasten aufbürden. Größere Resilienz gegenüber aktuellen Unsicherheiten hängt von Umweltbedingungen, Verfügbarkeit von Arbeitskräften und guten internationalen Beziehungen ab. Die Bestandsaufnahme zeigt, wo wir stehen und ob wir es uns leisten können, tatsächlich den Fokus auf andere Prioritäten zu verlagern. Dieser Titel erscheint auch Open Access.
