Jahrhundert, die Auswirkungen des Ersten Weltkriegs etc. Beleuchtet wird vor allem die politische Atmosphäre. Für jeden Zeitraum werden alle relevanten Branchen diskutiert. Abschließend wird auf aktuelle Entwicklungen und neue Industriezweige eingegangen.
