Summary

Welche Strukturen stehen den Staaten, internationalen Organisationen, juristischen und natürlichen Personen zur Verfügung, wenn sie in eine juristische Streitigkeit verwickelt sind, die mit Satellitenkommunikationen zusammen hängt? Elf internationale Experten aus verschiedenen Bereichen – der Akademia, der ITU, der ESA, der Praxis – geben Antwort auf diese Frage in einem Band, der auf der Grundlage des Zweiten Luxembourger Workshops zum Weltraum- und Satellitenkommunikationsrecht, veranstaltet durch den SES Chair in Satellite Communications and Media Law der Universität Luxembourg und unterstützt durch den FNR, entstanden ist.
