Summary

Elf internationale Experten aus verschiedenen Bereichen – der Akademia, der ITU, der ESA, der Praxis – geben Antwort auf diese Frage in einem Band, der auf der Grundlage des Zweiten Luxembourger Workshops zum Weltraum- und Satellitenkommunikationsrecht, veranstaltet durch den SES Chair in Satellite Communications and Media Law der Universität Luxembourg und unterstützt durch den FNR, entstanden ist.
