Summary
New forms of professional work are currently being tested in many work contexts and are the subject of intensive research in the field of ergonomics. Innovative fields of work, increasingly flexible working time models and new office concepts are emerging. Young employees increasingly want to take time off work and older colleagues would like to actively shape their work.
