Zusammenfassung

In den letzten Jahren hat Afrika einen beunruhigenden Anstieg der Arbeitslosigkeit unter Hochschulabsolvent:innen zu verzeichnen. Angesichts dieser Herausforderung fordern immer mehr Interessengruppen wie Regierungen, der Privatsektor und internationale Entwicklungsorganisationen die Hochschulen auf, entschiedenere Maßnahmen zur Förderung der Integration von Hochschulabsolventen in den Arbeitsmarkt zu ergreifen. Eine Schlüsselstrategie ist die Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Hochschulen und Unternehmen.
