Die hier versammelten Essays wenden Wittgensteins Werkzeuge auf Ethik, Recht, Bildung, Psychologie, Ästhetik, Hermeneutik und Wissenschaftsgeschichte an. Dabei ergeben sich vielfältige Möglichkeiten zur Einführung eines aufschlussreichen Konzepts (etwa Aspekt-Wahrnehmung, Familienähnlichkeit, Zwischenglieder, Angelsätze, übersichtliche Darstellung usw.) in fremde Debatten oder Teilbereiche. Es geht u.a. darum, eine gedankliche Sackgasse zu überwinden oder anhand der Begriffstherapie aufzuzeigen, wo Theorien oder Konzepte in zu weit hergeholten Gedanken zum Tragen kommen, die sie nicht ausdrücken oder verdeutlichen sollten. Ein Beweis der Vitalität und Reichweite von Wittgensteins Philosophie, insbesondere in seiner Rezeption in Brasilien.
