Die Studie analysiert den US Bayh-Dole Act im Rahmen des Technologietransfers in den Vereinigten Staaten. Das Werk zeigt einige vermeintliche Erfolge und Defizite des Gesetzes auf, setzt sich mit der Zukunft des Gesetzes im Bereich des Technologietransfers auseinander und vergleicht das System des US-Technologietransfers mit Systemen anderer Länder.
