Zusammenfassung

Zentralasien und China sind Schlüsselregionen für die internationalen Aktivitäten zur Bekämpfung des illegalen Drogenhandels und damit verbundener Probleme wie Abhängigkeit. Moderne und wirksame Ansätze zur Behandlung von Drogenkonsumstörungen gemäß den Internationalen Behandlungsstandards der UN/WHO gibt es in allen Ländern, aber es mangelt ihnen an Institutionalisierung, und sie müssen weiter ausgebaut und harmonisiert werden. Nichtregierungsorganisationen, ein wichtiger Bestandteil einer effizienten und nachhaltigen Drogenpolitik, sind in allen Ländern schwach und haben keine Arbeitsgrundlage. Von zunehmender Bedeutung ist die Förderung der Ausbildung Sozialer Arbeit in den zentralasiatischen Ländern und in China. Mit Beiträgen vonSubkhon Ashuro, Ass.
