Zusammenfassung

Wie fühlen sich Erwerbstätige, die an Multipler Sklerose erkrankt sind? Und wie beeinflussen sich Arbeitsstress und MS? Maria Zink untersucht nicht nur den Zusammenhang zwischen Arbeitsstress und Multipler Sklerose, sondern auch das subjektive Stresserleben von Betroffenen und diskutiert anschließend ihre qualitativ gewonnenen Erkenntnisse. Auf diese Weise vermittelt die Autorin wertvolle Einblicke in die Arbeitssituation MS-Betroffener und leitet hilfreiche Implikationen für die Arbeitswelt ab, die ein gesundes Arbeiten trotz der Diagnose ermöglichen.

Maria Zink forscht aktuell an der Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin (BAuA) zum Thema Pflegearbeit während der COVID-19-Pandemie.
