Immaterialgüterrechte expandieren und sie werden immer weitreichender. Dadurch kommt es zu Überschneidungen von Rechten. Was passiert, wenn zwei verschiedene Personen unterschiedliche Rechte an dem selben Objekt innehaben? Wie geht man mit möglichen Kollisionsfällen verschiedener Rechteinhaber um? Diese Fragen beantwortet das vorliegende Werk.
