Summary

Diese Untersuchung basiert auf vier Studien, welche die internationalen Erfahrungen als Einflussfaktor bei Entscheidungsprozessen mit internationalem Kontext untersuchen. Im ersten Kapitel wird der Forschungsbedarf in Bezug auf Relevanz und Messbarkeit des Konstrukts »internationale Erfahrungen« (IE) diskutiert. Das zweite Kapitel behandelt auf Basis von drei Studien folgende Fragestellungen:

1. Sind die IE im Hinblick auf der Theory of Planned Behavior nach Ajzen doch mehr als nur ein Background Faktor?

2. Welche Beziehung besteht zwischen IE und der Goal- und Implementation Intention?

3. Welchen praktischen Einfluss können IE bei Markteintrittsentscheidungen haben?

Das dritte Kapitel untersucht auf Basis einer weiteren Studie, welche Interdependenzen zwischen der Internationalität des Managements einer Unternehmung und der Unternehmung selbst bestehen.
