Summary

Performance Explosion in Sports is based on practical experience, integrated scientific analyses and international results the author and his team achieved over a period of 15 years while working with recreational and top athletes. The book Performance Explosion in Sports offers new revolutionary findings in the area of inividual micronutrient therapy in top and recreational athletes that has lead to the preservation of connective tissue function (ligaments, tendons, cartilage), thereby facilitating injury-free training. Special Parameters show links between micronutrient deficiencies and degenerative changes in these structures. "Athletes live dangerously": a recent survey of runners at a marathon in Bonn, Germany, revealed that approximately 50% of the athletes polled had taken analgesic drugs prior to the race. This is only the tip of the iceberg. The results from the comprehensive SALUTO database, special testing of recreational and top athletes and the individual micronutrient formulations prepared for this purpose, make pain-free, clean and injury-free sports possible. The new findings and practical help will be a significant milestone for future generations and a good source of advice for athletes, trainers, physical therapists and physicians.
