Zusammenfassung

Das Buch befasst sich mit dringenden Fragen der heutigen Makro- und Mikromanagementpraxis in einem doppelten Kontext: der Vierten Industriellen Revolution und der digitalen Transformation in Vietnam. Die Realität zeigt auch die Grenzen der Fähigkeiten und Ressourcen bei der Lösung von wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Problemen auf. In Vietnam ist eine zunehmend aktive Beteiligung von Unternehmen, sozialen Organisationen und einzelnen Bürger:innen zu beobachten, die Seite an Seite mit den Behörden auf allen Ebenen an der Lösung von Gemeinschaftsproblemen arbeiten. Die Verwaltungssysteme müssen sich allmählich an die Rolle der Koordinierung der unterschiedlichen Erwartungen und Interessen der Verwaltungssubjekte anpassen.
