Taterleben und Mitteilungsprozesse bei sexuellem Missbrauch von Kindern und Jugendlichen

Zusammenfassung
Die anwendungsorientierte Arbeit verfolgt das Ziel, mehrdimensionale Merkmalskonfigurationen in glaubhaften Zeugenaussagen empirisch zu ermitteln. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass es weder spezifische Verhaltensindikatoren für sexuellen Missbrauch gibt noch ein bestimmtes Mitteilungsverhalten Rückschlüsse auf einen etwaigen Erlebnisbezug erlaubt, wird ein Prozessmodell verfolgt, wonach Mitteilungslatenzen im Wechselspiel mit inter- und intrapsychischen Dynamiken gesehen und bewertet werden müssen und erst in dieser Interdependenz einen Hinweiswert auf den Erlebnisbezug einer Aussage entwickeln können. Im Rahmen einer explorativen empirischen Analyse von Strafverfahrensakten wurden mittels multivariater Methoden bemerkenswerte Unterschiede zwischen glaubhaften und zweifelhaften Aussagen festgestellt, die einen Indikatorwert eines spezifischen Musters von Taterlebens- und Verhaltensaspekten für den Erlebnisbezug von Aussagen über sexuellen Missbrauch an Kindern und Jugendlichen nahelegen.
