Zusammenfassung

Russlands Krieg gegen die Ukraine hat eine europäische Sicherheitsordnung geschaffen, in der Abschreckung und Verteidigung dominieren. In diesem Kontext von Instabilität hat die OSZE versucht, Konfliktfolgen zu mildern und die Sicherheit von Staaten und Bevölkerungen zu erhöhen. Beiträge zu dieser Ausgabe von OSCE Insights untersuchen OSZE-Aktivitäten in einer Zeit nicht-kooperativer Sicherheit in Europa. Themen sind unter anderem, Künstliche Intelligenz beim Militär, der Moskauer Mechanismus der OSZE, Unterstützung für die OSZE-Akademie in Bishkek, Klimasicherheit, nationale Minderheiten im Baltikum und die Rolle der OSZE in der Ukraine.
