Zusammenfassung

Die deutsch-chinesischen und europäisch-chinesischen Beziehungen befinden sich in einem tiefgreifenden Wandel, geprägt von sich verschiebenden globalen Machtverhältnissen und zunehmenden geopolitischen Spannungen. Der Band untersucht, wie Vertrauen zwischen unterschiedlichen politischen Systemen entstehen, bestehen oder auch erodieren kann. Dabei richtet er besonderes Augenmerk auf die Bedeutung strategischer Narrative und sich wandelnder Rollen-Identitäten bei der Prägung gegenseitiger Wahrnehmungen.
