Zusammenfassung
Plattformarbeit nimmt weiter zu. Das gilt auch in europäischen Ländern und stellt dort den Zugang zu sozialen Sicherungssystemen und deren Finanzierung vor Herausforderungen. In dem 2021 erschienene Buch „Social 4.0“ sind sie aufgearbeitet und innovative Lösungswege in verschiedenen Staaten sowie in der europäischen Kooperation vorgestellt worden. Nach vier Jahren, in denen die praktischen Schwierigkeiten noch sichtbarer geworden sind, geht das „Update“ der Frage nach, ob sich die Lösungen bewährt und welche weiteren Entwicklungen stattgefunden haben. Darüber geben Kurzberichte aus Belgien, Italien, dem Vereinigten Königreich, Frankreich Schweden und den Niederlanden Antworten. Sie werden durch Einblicke in das EU-Sozial- und Steuerrecht ergänzt.
