Innovative supra- und transnationale Techniken und Strukturen der Verrechtlichung, zusammengefasst unter dem Stichwort “Governance”, haben sowohl die Entstehungsbedingungen als auch die Bedeutung transnationalen Rechts verändert und das Völkerrecht transformiert.
