With an interdisciplinary approach, »LaborARTory« explores the highly topical practice of artistic research in the field of tension between science and art: Which practical and theoretical approaches are offered, discussed, and made fruitful for the broadening of disciplines by artists and scientists? How can art and research be applied to their mutual benefit or as (different) exploratory and epistemic practices? A special emphasis is put on thoughts about the methods of artistic research and its effect on approaches in the humanities.
