Summary

In der entwicklungspolitischen Debatte sind die Einführung und Umsetzung rechtlicher Regeln zum Schutze des Wettbewerbs ein Thema mit zunehmender Bedeutung. Die Studie greift dieses Thema auf und diskutiert sowohl theoretisch als auch empirisch Möglichkeiten der Einführung und Umsetzung von Wettbewerbsrecht in Entwicklungs- und Transformationsländern.

Insbesondere geht die Arbeit der Frage nach, wie Entwicklungs- und Transformationsländer ein Wettbewerbsrecht so einführen können, dass es ihren Entwicklungszielen am besten entspricht.
