Summary
Auf der 13. Tagung der Deutschen Landesgruppe der International Nuclear Law Association (INLA) in Leipzig im Juni 2013 referierten namhafte Experten des In- und Auslandes über aktuelle Entwicklungen des Atomrechts.
Die Beiträge behandeln u.a. nukleare Sicherheit, Atomhaftung, Neubau und Laufzeitbegrenzung. Aktuelle Gesetzesvorhaben der EU werden erläutert und die sich daraus für Deutschland ergebenden Folgen analysiert. Beleuchtet werden auch weltweite Entwicklungen wie das Bemühen um ein einheitliches Haftungsregime. Schließlich dürfen bedeutende Themen des deutschen Atomrechts nicht fehlen, wie etwa das Urteil des VGH Kassel zur Stillegungsverfügung Biblis.
