Summary

Die aktuelle Vertrauenskrise der EU wirft die Frage auf, wo die Grenze des ausdrücklichen Vertragsziels einer „ever closer union“ zu ziehen ist. Basierend auf einer Liste des Bundesverfassungsgerichts von nicht-übertragbaren staatlichen Kompetenzen diskutieren die Beiträge in diesem Band die verfassungsrechtlichen Grenzen der europäischen Integration aus verschiedenen nationalen Perspektiven.
