Zusammenfassung

Bremst der Föderalismus die Energiewende? Das Grundlagebuch beleuchtet diese für eine nachhaltigere Zukunft zentrale Kernfrage anhand der mehrstufigen Planungs- und Bewilligungsverfahren von Windkraftanlagen. Zunächst etabliert der Autor einen breit anwendbaren theoretischen Analyserahmen, um den Einfluss der Dezentralisierung auf die Effektivität der Verwaltungstätigkeit zu evaluieren. Darauf gestützt analysiert er die Bewilligungsvergabe für Windkraftanlagen in der Schweiz und in Europa. Dies geschieht auf der Basis von umfassenden Primärdaten und mithilfe unterschiedlichster Auswertungsmethoden. Als detaillierte Bestandsaufnahme leistet das Buch erstmals einen praxisnahen Beitrag zum Abbau dieser bedeutsamen Hürde im Zubau der Erneuerbaren.
