Zusammenfassung

Der Transport von Gütern und Personen auf Wasserwegen in Europaist für die EU von entscheidender Bedeutung. Er umfasst ca. 90% des Außen- sowie 40% des innereuropäischen Handels, jedes Jahr nutzen über 400 Millionen Passagiere die EU-Häfen.
