Zusammenfassung

Neue Wege zur Bewältigung künftiger globaler Herausforderungen müssen gesucht und gefunden werden. Dies setzt eine gründliche Kenntnis, umfassende Erfahrung und einen kreativen Geist für Innovation voraus. Bei der „WeltNetzOrdnung“ handelt es sich um einen Dreiecksansatz zur Schaffung eines Friedenskonsenses in Verbindung mit einer tiefgreifenden Dezentralisierung und Demokratisierung des internationalen normativen Systems. Vernetzte Souveränität, begrenzte Autonomie und Kampf für Menschlichkeit sind die leitenden Prinzipien. Dies ist möglich durch eine Öffnung des Völkerrechts für nichtstaatliche Subjekte, eine Planungszelle und einen Cooling-off-Mechanismus auf regionaler Ebene. Konkrete Schritte für einen 2030 Reformgipfel sollen dazu führen.
