The aim of the series is to bring together selected publications on fundamental issues and current challenges in German, European and foreign constitutional and administrative law as well as political and administrative science. In the economy and society, exactly how work and organisation are conducted is extremely important. The changes in gender relations are closely related to this. Gender is a key aspect of diversity. However, age, disability, ethnic or social background, sexual orientation, religion and world view, to mention only a few of the relevant aspects in this respect, can also contribute to discrimination and disparagement in the workplace. This series aims to provide a forum for theoretical and empirical works on the subject of work, organisation and diversity, and to allow findings from current research projects, conferences and academic theses from the fields of sociology, psychology, economics and their related disciplines to be discussed.

As a social and political phenomenon, antisemitism has been and continues to be structured in multiple dimensions and found in almost every social context. Therefore, esearch into the structures, contexts and dynamics of antisemitism cannot be restricted to any one specific discipline, theoretical construct, avenue of research, or methodology - just as antisemitism itself obeys no such restrictions. The "Interdisciplinary Studies on Antisemitism" series will address this plurality, presenting a broad spectrum of research from the social sciences, cultural studies and the humanities, thus contributing to a deeper understanding of antisemitism.
