Sexuality today is characterised by openness, diversity and numerous choices but also by compulsions to choose. Increasingly, those who feel uneasy about the presence of sexual plurality are speaking out. The contributions in this volume trace the almost combative baseline situation between those who plead for openness and those who push for a closed sexual discourse, including intermediate positions.
