Der vorliegende Sammelband ist ein Mosaik von konzeptionellen Überlegungen und Länderbeispielen zur Praxis von Ownership. Die Beiträge basieren auf Vorträgen und Debatten während zwei Konferenzen, die 2009 in London und Berlin stattfanden. Die Autoren diskutieren, wie Partnerländer ihre Entwicklung steuern und wie Entwicklungszusammenarbeit sie dabei unterstützen kann.
