In Unsafe Home: Child Harming within the Family, Limor Ezioni focuses on the three major types of child harming within the family—abuse, incest, and filicide—and provides an in-depth exploration of each type historically, legally, and comparatively. In the first part, focusing on abuse executed on children, Ezioni addresses both physical and emotional abuse, discussing what constitutes child abuse, how it should be punished, and whether any damage caused to a child is prosecutable by law.
