Summary

Die friedliche Wiedervereinigung Europas ist ein historischer Erfolg für den Kontinent. Die Begründung für die Europäische Union aus der Überwindung nationalstaatlicher Rivalitäten ist heute, angesichts neuer weltweiter Herausforderungen, nicht mehr ausreichend.
