This anthology is comprised of partially extended speeches from Dr. Matthias Grünberg, president of the Saxonian constitutional court, and Michael Kretschmer, prime minister of the Free State of Saxony. On the occasion of the constitution’s 30th anniversary, the speeches focus on its genesis as well as the challenges facing it in the present and future.
