Zusammenfassung

Im Mittelpunkt steht eine lange vernachlässigte Problematik von größter Relevanz: Die Gestaltung von Friedens- und Sicherheitsordnungen in Afrika und die damit zusammenhängenden Probleme auf nationaler und regionaler Ebene. Das Buch gibt anhand von einem Grundsatzartikel und neun Fallstudien fundierte und kritische Einblicke in europäische und afrikanische Politikansätze und macht politikpraktische Vorschläge. Es richtet sich an PolitikwissenschaftlerInnen aus dem Bereich Internationale Beziehungen, Europa- und Afrikaexpertinnen, die Friedens- und Konfliktforschung und alle afrikapolitisch Interessierten.
