Der produktive Einsatz von KI in der Industrie scheitert oft nicht an der Modellentwicklung, sondern am stabilen Betrieb im Produktionsumfeld. AI Asset Management for Manufacturing (AIM4M) ist ein Prozessmodell für den KI-Lebenszyklus in cyber-physischen Produktionssystemen (CPPS) mit Fokus auf die Operationalisierung. Es ergänzt dazu den Ansatz von Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) aus der IT um CPPS-spezifische Feinheiten – als praxisnaher Orientierungsrahmen.
