Die Errichtung der Europäischen Bankenunion und die damit vollzogene Verlagerung von Aufsichts- und Abwicklungskompetenzen von der nationalen auf die europäische Ebene verändert die Aufsichtsinfrastruktur in der Eurozone grundlegend und setzt die Marktteilnehmer unter hohen Anpassungsdruck.
