In diesem Beitrag werde ich versuchen, den bisherigen Stand der ›Relational Economics‹ und der ›Relational Theory of the Firm‹ im Hinblick auf einige aus meiner Sicht wesentliche Theoriebausteine zu referieren. Dabei bediene ich mich der von mir vorgelegten Bücher und Aufsätze und werde diese an der einen oder anderen Stelle präzisieren und alternative Formulierungen versuchen. Ein Schwerpunkt der Diskussion werden die Prozesse relationaler Wertschöpfung sein, die einer weiteren theoretischen und praktischen Klärung bedürfen. Insbesondere interessiert mich die Klärung des Begriffs und des Charakters der Erwirtschaftung einer Kooperationsrente als ›Shared Value Creation‹ und ›Purpose‹ der Firma. Hier werde ich versuchen, einige neue und – wie ich hoffe – klärende Gesichtspunkte zur Diskussion, um eine relationale Theorie der Firma beizusteuern.
