Zur Rolle belastender Kindheitserfahrungen bei jugendlicher Sexualdelinquenz

Belastende Kindheitserfahrungen werden häufig mit der Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung von aggressiven, gewalttätigen bzw. delinquenten Verhaltensweisen in Verbindung gebracht. Besonders Jugendliche, die Sexualdelikte begangen haben (JS), scheinen vermehrt von belastenden Kindheitserfahrungen betroffen zu sein. Der vorliegende Beitrag gibt einen Einblick in aktuelle internationale Forschung, welche Zusammenhänge zwischen belastenden Kindheitserfahrungen und der Initiierung bzw. Aufrechterhaltung von Kriminalität bei JS untersucht hat. Der bisherige Wissensstand verweist darauf, dass eine erhebliche Anzahl von JS multiple Belastungserfahrungen gemacht hat. Dabei gibt es Hinweise auf spezifische Assoziationen zwischen bestimmten Arten bzw. Kombinationen von belastenden Kindheitserfahrungen und Tatmerkmalen, sowie Einflüsse der Schwere und Dauerhaftigkeit derartiger Belastungserfahrungen auf die Aufrechterhaltung von Kriminalität von JS. Zusammenfassend legen diese Befunde nahe, dass die ausführliche und detaillierte Abklärung von JS sowohl in klinischen als auch juristischen Kontexten unbedingt notwendig ist, um den Jugendlichen passende Maßnahmen anbieten zu können, die deren individuelle Behandlungsbedürfnisse berücksichtigen. Dem persönlichen Erleben von vergangenen und akuten belastenden Kindheitserfahrungen sollte dabei besondere Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt werden. Präventions- und Interventionsansätze, die diesen Belastungen bzw. deren Auswirkungen entgegenwirken (z.B. Einbezug der Familie, Stärkung der elterlichen Erziehungskompetenzen, Thematisierung vergangener belastender Kindheitserfahrungen) scheinen deshalb im Sinne der Rückfallprävention vielversprechend. Somit kann nicht nur zum Schutz der Gesellschaft vor weiterer Kriminalität durch JS beigetragen werden, sondern auch zu deren erfolgreicher sozialer Reintegration und zukünftiger Funktionalität.
