167 136 flat burglaries in 2015 in Germany and an increase about 15 030 cases from 2014 to 2015 testify from no good police achievement. In the article it is shown with the help of the data from 1957 to 2015 that differently than from police trade unions maintained an increase of the policeman's amount lowers the clear-up rate (correlation r = -0.9), as well as raises the flat burglaries (r = 0.6). On an average 2 police-men have 1 year time to solve a flat burglary which does not succeed to 85%.
