Die Nachhaltigkeit industrieller Produktion kann durch datenbasierte, KI-gestützte Systeme wesentlich verbessert werden. In diesem Beitrag wird eine Plattform vorgestellt, die auf den drei Zero³-Dimensionen „Zero Human Potential Loss“, „Zero Resource Loss“ und „Zero Data Loss“ basiert. Mithilfe eines Recommender-Systems, das nach dem Prinzip der Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) arbeitet, werden Produktionsengpässe identifiziert, passende Basistechnologien vorgeschlagen und Handlungsempfehlungen abgeleitet. Die Plattform unterstützt Unternehmen bei der systematischen Bewertung und Verbesserung ihrer Produktionsprozesse mit Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit.
