Die Hairpin-Technologie, häufig verwendet in der Produktion elektrischer Traktionsmotoren, zeigt bei hohen Drehzahlen deutliche Effizienznachteile aufgrund von Skin- und Proximityeffekten. Im Rahmen des Verbundforschungsprojekts KontaktE wird der Laserkontaktierprozess innovativer Wicklungstopologien und Leitertechnologien untersucht und optimiert. Diese Studie präsentiert die Ergebnisse experimenteller Untersuchungen zur Identifikation idealer Parameterfenster für das Laserkontaktieren von Vierfachschweißungen.
